As a car seller, you may have three seconds to catch the attention of a potential buyer. And most ads are not even noticed. To make your ad stand out during these three seconds, you need something different. Something intriguing. Attractive and engaging, even in the limited format of a mobile phone screen.

Video is a well-proven method to achieve exactly that. Not necessarily with Hollywood flair or Hollywood production costs, but it takes action to be noticed. Movement to touch a buyer’s heart and mind.

3 seconds to catch the attention of the buyer. What happens in the next 30 or 60 seconds is just as important.

To turn that initial attention into interest and action you must convey more qualified information.

The buyer may be temporarily seduced by cool pictures but will consciously and subconsciously look for preferred brand and model version; acceptable year model and mileage; the right color; attractive extras; and realistic price brackets.

Now, this adds up to a lot more text and data than the average buyer can perceive and digest in 30 seconds. Unless you can turn all these details into a dynamic, visually exciting video show, of course.
